What will I do:The Caregiver Engagement Specialist will work closely with our Caregivers, Recruiters, and Account Managers to ensure that Caregivers are fully prepared for their assignments. This role includes coordinating essential services to create a positive experience for our Caregivers while working with LRS Healthcare. The ideal candidate is a self-driven team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in supporting Caregivers throughout their journey with LRS Healthcare while ensuring a smooth onboarding and travel experience.Day in the Life:Foster strong relationships with Caregivers and provide excellent customer service.Contribute to retention efforts by assisting with candidate onboarding, including preparation, welcome calls, and new hire packages.Communicate with Caregivers via phone, email, and text to collect missing documents and ensure smooth onboarding.Support audits by clients and The Joint Commission as required.Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support for urgent issues outside of regular business hours.Arrange and coordinate corporate travel.Assist Caregivers with travel logistics, including booking flights, rental cars, and securing lodging accommodations throughout their contracts.Keep an up-to-date database of housing options, local attractions, and other relevant information for Account Managers and Caregivers.Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.Who Am I:College degree preferred.Prior customer service experience is highly preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).Experience with negotiation and problem-solving.Enjoys building relationships and communicating with clients.Personable, friendly, and approachable.Team player with a willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.Demonstrates professionalism by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.My Team:This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
