For assistance on how to apply, please click hereJob Description:Position OverviewThis position is responsible for performing duties to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and overhaul mobile equipment according to in-house and manufacturers standards.Position HoursMonday - Friday 7AM -3PM** Overtime may be available and/or required based on business need and leadership approval.Key Responsibilities Problem solve, diagnose and repair a variety of systems and enginesPerform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance in an effective manner to increase mobile equipment availability and efficiency at minimum costFollow appropriate procedures to ensure safety, compliance, and accuracyDirect and manage outside contractorsResponsible for billing outside contractor work and service agreementsContinually develop and advance in mechanical knowledge related to the positionOrder and control parts/supplies, records, and monitor inventoryMaintain records to reflect all pending, scheduled and completed workAbility to operate various types of mobile equipmentPerform other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnelPrioritize work according to the needs of the business goals and objectivesWhat is expected of you and others at this levelHas developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experienceCompletes a variety of atypical assignmentsWorks within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignmentsWorks with a limited degree of supervisionActs as an informal resource for colleagues with less experienceMinimum Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred3-5 years' relevant experience requiredValid driver's licenseHaving your own tools is a plus, but not requiredPhysical Requirements and Working EnvironmentMust be able to stand/sit for an extended period of timeAbility to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 poundsMust be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feetWorks indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperaturesWorking conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfacesTravel requiredThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
