Administrative Assistant On-Site Services
PRIME Occupational Medicine's Mission:

Objectives of this role: Provide administrative services to PRIME Clinical and on-site services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with intaking/retrieving messages from clients for onsite services for Onsite Manager to schedule dates and events.
- Follow up with confirmation phone calls to clients for scheduled on-sites.
- Assist with the determination of tech availability
- Manage Onsite results email, match MRO results to corresponding charts.
- Assist with Billing Packets for Onsite services.
- Manage onsite spreadsheet and input data.
- Assist with charts (scanning, uploading, filing, reviewing, etc.),
- Assist in correcting charts returned from reviewer status.
- Manage vaccine log and fridge temperature log and required reporting.
- Assist with inventory, supply management, procurement/purchasing process and procedures.
- Manage Learning & Development spreadsheet
- Chart Auditing
- Entering of PRIME employee's training certification into Paylocity
- Assign online AlcoPro DOT Specimen Collector and Breath Alcohol trainings once tokens are purchased from AlcoPro
- Register and schedule Safety Council classes and assigned PRIME courses and classes
- Manage and file training original, proficiency and mock documents, error correcting training documents, etc.
- May be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of administrative assistant or coordinator of medical services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience as a Medical Clinic setting
Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers, copy machines and keyboards. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in a medical clinic setting and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
