Job Summary: BBSI is seeking an experienced Facility and Equipment Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities will be to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and manufacturing machinery, along with ongoing facility maintenance. Any knowledge of hydraulic systems, plumbing, heating, wiring, HVAC and welding is preferred. Will also be required to report any safety concerns by inspecting building and equipment to confirm safety standards are being meet as well as logging, tracking and scheduling repairs. Must be able to work rotating weekendsResponsibilities: Applicants could be required to do any of the following: Perform routine maintenance around the building structural damage, windows, doors, wall repair, replacing HVAC and machine filters Repair broken or leaking plumbing Maintaining the building HVAC equipment to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly. Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems. Touching-up paint within the building, repairing sheetrock and keeping the building looking presentable to Customers and Employee's. Troubleshoot and repair all standard electrical components and detect minor equipment problems and correct them before they become major issues.
