Project Engineer/Design Intro

The Construction Project Engineer (CPE) role is an integral part of our team, responsible for supporting projects from commencement to closeout. The CPE ensures projects are constructed safely, completed with high quality, handed over on time, and closed below or at the estimated cost. This position accepts TN Visa candidates and emphasizes effective communication, critical thinking, and collaboration with all project stakeholders.

Project Engineer/Design Job Details

The CPE will support project execution both in the office and on the job site. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, defining project scope, managing subconsultants, developing project documents, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations. The role also involves supporting project controls, scheduling, planning, and assisting subcontractors in interpreting project requirements. The CPE will engage in safety and quality management, cost and schedule controls, change management, and commissioning.

Project Engineer/Design Mandatory Skills

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 0-5 years of experience in construction as a Project Engineer or through internships.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a preference for conversational skills in Spanish.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
