Position: Strategic Planner

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to client sites in the Washington, DC Metro Area or California)
Position Overview: CHCI, a dynamic and rapidly expanding small business celebrated for its thriving, diverse, and welcoming organizational culture, is seeking an experienced Strategic Planner to join our team. The Strategic Planner will support our mission to drive success and innovation in federal contracting. This individual will collaborate closely with our program leadership team to ensure goal alignment, responsiveness to client needs, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational and client objectives.
· Provide expert analysis to identify business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
· Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
· Assist in the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership and client teams.
· Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent practical experience.
· Certification from the International Association for Strategy Professionals (required).
Experience:
· Demonstrated experience in strategic planning or management consulting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Skills and Attributes:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a suitability level government clearance to handle sensitive government information.
Travel: Ability to travel to client sites, primarily within the Washington, DC Metro Area and California.
