Job Description:
This is a 100% remote position. This person in this position will provide technical support to our techs in the field. Assisting them with day-to-day projects and providing assistance as needed to complete their work orders.
Projects/work orders include a focus on the below skilled trades:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Mechanical
- HVAC/R
- Roofing
- Mechanical

- 15 years+ hands-on experience with maintenance & construction skilled trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing, Mechanical
- Experience working with self-performing labor
- Must be a self-performer with minimal guidance
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills - and must beable to clearly and articulately explain technical tasks
- Comfortable using technology including phone systems and laptops
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to manage employees and projects
