Duties:
- Maintain bowling lanes and equipment.
-Maintain interior and exterior of building.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with schematics and blueprints to understand facility layouts.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance.
- Ability to fabricate simple parts or structures as needed for security purposes.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques for minor repairs or modifications.
- Familiarity with logic controllers for access control systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
