We are seeking a dynamic full-time Drafter Modeler in our Green Tree Office to join our exciting team of professionals, within our Design Support Services division.

Who are we looking for? The perfect Architectural Drafter Modeler must...
- Be accountable, independent, and professional.
- Cultivate and maintaining ongoing, positive relationships with team members, and clients.
- Require minimal supervision and complete work with accuracy at a 'finished product' level (modeling, redlines, permit set, construction documents, layouts, etc.)
- Applies knowledge of architectural and construction codes and specifications.
- Be intermediate in working with Revit. AutoCAD is a plus.
- If uncertified, Cadnetics may help you obtain certification and reimbursement.
- Addresses and remedies redlines, and or feedback related to project thoroughly and accurately.

- Architecture Retail experience is a plus!
Specific Skills and Experience
- Associate Degree in relevant field and/or minimally 4+ years of work experience.
- Intermediate understanding of CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures
- Understanding of reading and reviewing construction documents, building safety requirements, and complex drafting techniques
