Job Role : Salesforce Developer
Job Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL ( Hybrid 3 Days Onsite & 2 Days Remote)
Duration :12 Months Contract
Job Purpose:
- Analyzes business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives. Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts. Applies advanced analytical skills within functional area.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise; Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices; Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions; Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations; May lead functional teams or projects; Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization; Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and triggers.
- Create and manage Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in development and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features and implement relevant updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
