Technical Skills: (Primary)
- Minimum 9+ years of Salesforce (Service Cloud) development experience (hands-on); Onsite role; Local to Hartford, CT;
- Technical knowledge of various platforms / technologies and should be able to suggest best practices to the client.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud) and all recent & upcoming features that Salesforce Service Cloud is offering as a platform and how it integrates with various ecosystems (Mainframe/legacy, APIs, etc.)
- Skilled in implementation and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Help business understand product capabilities.
- Identify business needs and turn them into a logical and technical business models.
- Identify customizations and configurations needed in the product to meet business needs.
- Work with technical team to identify and implement custom solutions.
- Understands relevant development methodologies.
- Provides thought leadership for matching technology with business concepts.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to tailor message to different audiences and influence in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to direct team in achievement of team objectives.
- Pushes back in a professional manner when things do not make sense or there is a better way to accomplish the objectives (by bringing in best practices from the industry)
