The ideal person will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across all 50 states, targeting self-insured companies with 200+ employees.

Advanced English language proficiency is required for the role. Only candidates located in the USA will be considered for this role.

The role involves both virtual and occasional in-person meetings with C-level executives, primarily CFOs and General Counsels.

Location: Mainland US.

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressively complex experience in the following activities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, focusing on self-insured health plans and companies with captive models.
  • Conduct virtual demos and presentations with decision-makers in organizations, utilizing tools like Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
  • Engage in prospecting and sales activities, leveraging provided warm leads and Zoom Info data.
  • Close high-value deals, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Available for 50% travel to attend key meetings and presentations to close deals in person.
  • Work remotely 50% of the time, with flexibility to visit the office for occasional training and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling to C-level executives, especially within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Proven experience working with self-funded healthcare plans and compliance-related services.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and exceed targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort using Zoom Info or similar tools for lead generation.
  • Willingness to work in a startup environment and adapt to a commission-based structure.
  • Ability to work remotely while managing national territories and traveling when necessary.
