Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency, Inc. is searching for an experienced, mature, and sharp leader to serve as a senior member of our management team as the Operations Manager who is able to utilize their management experience, business and industry-backed knowledge to advance Ambassador's business performance, growth, and boost company revenue. The right candidate must be able to identify key problems and develop solutions and models that solve issues for owners, clients, and employees. The Operations Manager candidate must be able to develop and execute strategic growth, business, and marketing plans to create long-term value for Ambassador. The Operations Manager candidate must be able to understand and adapt to Ambassador's paramilitary and para-policing ideology as a paramilitary and para-policing structured, 8(a), private contract security and U.S. Government contracting company. The Operations Manager candidate must be able to partner with other management personnel to strategize and utilize best business practices for successful client account acquisition and retention.The Operations Manager candidate must be able to understand company's ideology of providing a quality product and quality assurance while delivering competitive private protective services and security solutions on a global scale. Qualifications:- Minimum of 6 - 10 years of relevant verifiable business management experience, account management experience, experience in managing a contract security company, or experience running a domestic business in the government contracting sector.- Must be a Citizen of the United States of America.- Must be of good moral character with no arrest or convictions for DUI, Domestic Violence, Drug or Narcotics charges, Theft, or any other dishonest acts.- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a credit check, employment history, criminal history check, and educational history background check which will be performed on all candidates.- Must NOT have been dishonorably discharged from any U.S. military service.- Must NOT be restricted from possessing or qualifying with any required firearm or weapon.- Must possess a valid state driver license and able to qualify as an Armed security Officer after being hired on. (Driver's license must be presented during the interview)- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Must be proficient in firearms knowledge and /or have the ability to successfully qualify on a handgun, rifle, shotgun, handcuffs, chemical agent, baton, taser, and other additional weapons.- Must possess the ability to follow rules and guidelines in great detail.- Must be neat in appearance, in good physical condition, and possess the appropriate endurance.Role and Responsibilities:Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency's ideal candidate for Operations Manager will possess specialized skills in contract identification and development opportunities, responding to Sources Sought inquiries, government agency contracting opportunities, and RFP development and responses, reading and understand scope of work (SOW), accurately compute, and respond to outlined pricing requirements without leaving money on the table.Must be able to remain calm in fast-paced and stressful situations. Demonstrate attention to detail and diligence. Must be able to work well independently or in collaboration with other team members. Must have strong project management skills. Must be able to communicate well with upper-level management and subordinates alike, and must have excellent written and verbal skills.Key Responsibilities:- Enforcement of company policies, procedures, regulations, and legislative compliance.- Identify and develop contract opportunities to expand our reach in surrounding areas.- Respond to Sources Sought inquiries and government agency contract opportunities- Develop new government and non government business that fits the company business profile and offers margins of maximum profitability.- Develop comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) responses- Develop security budget. Develop security KPIs. Measure and track department's success regularly.- Precisely interpret and comprehend scope of work (SOW) details- Compute and respond to outlined pricing requirements accurately to maximize profitability- Build Business by seeking new clients accounts which fits company service model and select oversight supervisory team members to ensure efficient and successful contract execution and ongoing management.- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and successful contract execution.- Must be able to collaborate with Human Resources (HR) team members to hire and onboard new management, supervisory, and line level staff to ensure quality talent selection, interviewing and on boarding occurs in an efficient and expeditious manner to ensure successful contract execution and proper manning.Remuneration:We believe in recognizing and rewarding the talents of our employees.
