Title Production Support Specialist
Initial Duration: 1 year
Pay Rate Range: $20-$22.85/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced team in a role supporting real estate transactions. You will perform a range of administrative and support duties to assist with timely and accurate title production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to branch operations by efficiently handling administrative tasks and delivering best-in-class customer service related to title production
- Execute a variety of functions to aid departmental processes
- Follow established protocols to complete daily responsibilities
- Use existing procedures to resolve straightforward problems
- Communicate with internal and external clients and team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong research skills
- Basic title exam knowledge
- Critical thinking abilities
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
