We are a passionate team making real impact on the world!Grow with us - learning & training programs; tuition & certification reimbursement; internal advancement opportunities are available....and so much more!WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANPerform essential work to keep our properties in great shapeComplete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property's systems in good working orderCoordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
