Job Title: Project Engineer - Thermal Systems
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead the design and development of thermal system products for aerospace applications. The successful candidate will support cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Lab/Test, Production, and Manufacturing, to deliver mission-critical components to a major Aerospace Manufacturer serving primarily military end customers. Responsibilities include coordinating technical teams, preparing specifications, overseeing testing activities, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to development procedures, and driving product and process improvements. The role demands a proactive approach to meet project milestones and foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Hard Skills
- Engineering Degree
- 5+ years Project Experience using MS Project
- EVMS
- Understanding of Vapor Cycle Systems
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in West Hartford, Connecticut.
