As the Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will assist in leading efforts around planning, designing, and implementing the Field Service Management (FSM) module in the existing ServiceNow platform. You should be familiar with the FSM module, and preferably have exposure to the process of implementing FSM. You will work alongside other IT members to ensure the implementation is meeting the business's needs, goals and priorities. Also as part of this Integration Team, you could assist in supporting, enhancing, and managing the existing ServiceNow platform using a variety of languages and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience of software development, configuration, testing, and implementation of modules in the ServiceNow platform
o Specifically with the following tech stack: JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, CSS, Java, JSON, REST, XML, SOAP, XQuery, XSLT, SQL
FSM Module implementation
Route optimization
Brownfield development experience (developing new software in the presence of existing software)
EXCELLENT communication skills, confidence in the platform to assist in leading development efforts and delegating tasks, comfortable participating and engaging in team calls, urgent, and productive
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Washington, D.C. version of SNOW
Located in/around Ridgeland, MS or open to relocating to Ridgeland, MS for periodic in-office time with other team members
