Description

CMG Financial is hiring an Executive Assistant to work onsite / hybrid at our North Dallas office supporting the SVP, National JV Manager and JV Channel.

Must be able to work onsite in the office when the SVP is in town. Must live in the Dallas area to work onsite when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Arranges and schedules conference calls. Exercises considerable judgment and discretion in handling requests for appointments and telephone calls.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Composes and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda using individual initiative and as assigned.
  • Coordinates meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials.
  • Maintaining social media presence for SVP.
  • Coordinates SVP's calendar and schedules appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule changes.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements; completes expense reports and processes invoices; ensures that correct account codes are used and required approvals obtained.
  • Conducts research; compiles and types statistical reports. Research will include utilizing internal software and systems and may need to contact vendors.
  • Attends meetings and other functions as needed.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree (BA) or equivalent, three (3)+ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with and supporting VP and higher level managers.
  • Advanced MSOffice skills especially strong Excel for reporting.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background in building and maintaining reporting systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel as well as other Microsoft Programs.
  • Honest, loyal, and demonstrates the ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Versatility and flexibility within an ever-changing environment.
  • Acute attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.

CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $60,000 - $75,000. Factors that affect salary may include: Executive support experience, experience supporting higher level managers, knowledge of mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience, and education.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. Requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Candidate must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.
