As TD puts career development at the forefront of our colleague experience, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Line of Business:Enterprise Enabling FunctionsJob Description:This role will provide business support, control function development, monitoring and oversight of customer facing digital online portal as part of US Customer Assistance. Analyst will proactively identify issues and opportunities for the portal by analyzing data via Excel, SQL, Splunk and/or other analytical tools. Analyst will identify root causes of issues and tracking all issues to resolution. Analyst will maintain business system documentation of the portal including a full suite of test cases and coordinate and Lead testing initiatives for the portal. The analyst assists in the development of requirements for new functionality for the portal and other projects.Depth & Scope:Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levelsCoaches other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertiseIdentifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including the retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade and TD InsuranceHelps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis and various corporate and business line initiativesWorks with line of business team members/ resourceResolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessaryWorks cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processesAdds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the companyEducation & Experience: Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below3+ Years of related experienceExcellent communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision making skillsExceptional active listening skillsProven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projectsAdept in the use and development of SQL, other data management software applicationsEngages in projects to develop required solutions for new functionality; develops test cases and participates in testing.Agile and PDLC project methodologies experience helpfulCollaborates with internal business partners in evaluating controls and monitoring of digital experiences identifying areas of opportunity and growth for the portalsMaintains Business System Documentation of work performedPreferred Qualifications:Adept in the use and development of SQL, other data management software applicationsEngages in projects to develop required solutions for new functionality; develops test cases and participates in testing.Agile and PDLC project methodologies experience helpfulCollaborates with internal business partners in evaluating controls and monitoring of digital experiences identifying areas of opportunity and growth for the portalsMaintains Business System Documentation of work performedWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
