Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. You will also work closely with other team members to uphold safety standards and contribute to the overall productivity of the factory.Production Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components to prevent breakdowns.Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production equipment, conveyors, and other machinery to minimize production interruptions.Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation for reference and compliance.Collaboration: Work closely with production staff and supervisors to understand equipment needs, address issues, and optimize machinery performance.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment by following proper procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement, suggesting improvements, and implementing best practices.Inventory Management: Assist in managing spare parts inventory, ensuring that necessary parts and tools are available for maintenance tasks.
