Their mission is to provide top-of-the-line patient care while providing their staff with a warm and welcoming environment. They are currently looking to hire a Medical Receptionist to join their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $18/hr Position Overview: The Medical Receptionist plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff. They will ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks. The schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities of a Medical Receptionist: Work with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentation. Maintain office inventory levels. Greet patients and ensure they are checked in properly. Schedule upcoming appointments and notify patients of any cancellations. Report directly to the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a seamless experience. Qualifications for the Medical Receptionist: Multitasker and must be able to work well under high pressure. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must! Education Requirements: High school diploma is required.
