Utilizing independent judgment. The Medical Technologist performs complex chemical and biological test procedures on blood, tissue, body fluids or excretions in either Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry or Microbiology and instruct incumbents in assigned areas. Requirement description : 
<ul>
<li>Minimum: Associate Degree in medical technology or relates science- REQUIRED </li>
<li>One year of medical technology experience- - REQUIRED </li>
<li>Certification in Medical Technology (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by an accredited agency or the equivalent.- REQUIRED </li>
<li>Must be cross functional in the areas of all laboratory departments except histology- REQUIRED </li>
<li>ASCP or AMT certification- REQUIRED </li>
