Job Requirements:
- Problem Solving.
- Pack boxes up to 30 Lb.
- Work well in a team atmosphere.
- Must keep pace on production line and learn Quality expectations.
- Must follow all safety expectations.
- Good attendance.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Repetitive montion, lifting and pulling.

Responsibilities:

  1. Push/ Pull full racks into position for unloading product onto conveyors
  2. Remove product from racks onto conveyors to be prepped for bagging
  3. Removing product from vats on occasion located on the floor and placing them onto conveyors
  4. Use knife or safety knife for trimming clips and opening netting for removal
  5. Put the product into boxes and close the box with either a four corner fold, tape gun, or using an inline taping unit
  6. Housekeeping Duties: Packers 1 are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing conveyor and product contact areas before and after changing product. They do not clean or touch objects on the floor.
  7. Marginal Duties: Monitor status and quality of products,
