Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically within the food manufacturing sector. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects related to food manufacturing processes.

Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues as they arise.

Provide technical support and training to team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering within the food manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and equipment.

Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards. 7+ years of previous experience executing capital projects in the agricultural industry.
