Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Estimator

My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential and Commercial HVAC Estimator to lead sales efforts in HVAC system installations and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system design and sales, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in creating accurate repair and equipment quotes, as well as the ability to manage and grow a sales team effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Promptly and accurately create repair quotes for customers.

- Develop and present new equipment quotes, ensuring accurate pricing and comprehensive proposals.

- Oversee the sales process from initial customer contact through installation, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

- Collaborate closely with our Field Supervisor to ensure projects are scoped accurately and executed efficiently.

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support.

- Continuously refine product offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and sales.

- Strong computer proficiency with experience in HVAC software systems preferred.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving goals.

- Customer service experience preferred.
