Description and Requirements
Location: Morrisville, NC (hybrid, 3 days on-site/2 days remote)
What You'll Do
The Strategic Project Manager will support transformation projects and operational projects for our CSP (Cloud Service Provider) group. You will collaborate with internal and external project leads to drive higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, thus increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of project results and outcomes.
Responsibilities will include:
•Building simple digital tools to improve internal working proficiency
•Working with function executives and managers to identify the optimization opportunities to further improve the working efficiency through process and R&R change
•Lead strategic projects which align with business strategic intention, identify the goal, scope and ensure the outcomes could meet and exceed the business requirement
•Facilitate and provide the necessary trainings to the team for strategy and change management
Basic Qualifications
•8+ years of project management experience
•Prior project experience with data, project management, change management activities & assessment execution
•Experience in training coordination (ie. logistics cross time zone as needed, survey development and assessment, reporting)
Preferred Qualifications
•Graduate degree in management or related areas
•Global / Multi-national experience
•Fluent in English and Chinese
•Strong subject matter knowledge in areas of data, digital transformation, change management and organizational development
•Strong communication and executive presentation skills
•Highly proactive and ability to identify, anticipate and mitigate risks and issues
