Description:The Lockheed Martin Corporation is looking for a Systems Engineer: Software Product Acquisition Manager (SPAM)

What You Will Be Doing

The Software Product Acquisition Manager (SPAM) is responsible for the management of supplier technical execution for F-35 Ground systems scope. The F-35 ALIS/ODIN program subcontracts include partners, vendors, and internal Lockheed Martin business areas that support the ground systems organization. The SPAM is the primary technical POC for subcontracts, and is responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance for development and commercial OFF the Shelf (COTS) vendor against the Subcontractor scope of work. The SPAM is responsible for management of technical deliverables quality and program milestones deliveries, schedule execution and quality.

Basic Qualifications:
Lead Subcontractor Statement of work (SOW) technical evaluation for Cost, technical and schedule
Experience Coordinating with Program technical leadership to ensure all requirements are captured, and executed
Manage external partners, external subcontractors and other Lockheed Martin areas subcontracts.
Manage supplier executions and quality metrics
Desired Skills:
Experience with subcontractors for software development products
Experience with negotiations of proposals and Scope of work
Cost account Management (CAM), and Earned Value (EV)
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
