At Configura, our User Community team focuses on building relationships, educating, and gathering feedback from the CET user community to help ensure an excellent user experience. As a member of the User Community Team, Support Specialists provide friendly, professional, helpful and insightful support to end users and are critical to ensure a positive experience within the CET ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Continuously learn and explore Configura software ecosystem to efficiently support our user community.
- Provide high quality support to end users primarily via chat and phone.
- Collaborate with other Support Specialists as well as various teams throughout the organization to troubleshoot and formulate solutions to issues.
- Coach and educate users on how to best utilize Configura software.
- Document issues and feedback received from users and communicate appropriately.
