A medical device enterprise company is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The Business Analyst is responsible for designing and conducting quality assurance testing that support improvement initiatives for various Business Systems. This team is focused on the Service work stream which includes the Technical Support Center, Repair Depot, Field Service, Professional Services, and Service Contracts. The role works closely with the Agile Development Team to conduct testing, coordinate, and conduct end-user testing, trouble shoot issues and partner with IT on root cause analysis and solutions to support implementation of system enhancements.Core technologies include Salesforce Sales, Service, Field Service, and Community clouds and SAP ECC/CRM.Primary Responsibilities•Review requirements and develop test scenarios.•Author and execute test scripts for both functional and regression testing.•Log defects, work with development team on resolution.•Document testing output in a regulated environment.•Own setup of test data, user provisioning, ensure data readiness for testing and stakeholder demos.•Create and maintain documentation for sprint and post-launch support.•Participate in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design and potential problems.•Interact with stakeholders, end u , and team members.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
