Job Summary
As a Project Manager at Rich's, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple IT projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will also lead project teams, assigns tasks, and monitor progress, and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
You are responsible for ensuring that projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives, and that they meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
You bring solid experience working on complex, largescale (multi-year) projects, and demonstrated experience in SAFe Agile. You're comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and thrive in a role where you have positive influence with peers and managers across the enterprise.
We are happy to consider remote applicants for the role, with expected travel of 20% to our WHQ in Buffalo, NY.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
•5-7 years proven experience as an IT Project Manager
•Strong experience in SAFe Agile
•Ability to operate as a Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master across multiple agile teams
•Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices
•Experience managing IT projects from initiation to closure
•Ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources
•Excellent communication and leadership skills
•Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
•Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
•Proficiency in project management software and tools

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$98,640.00 - $147,960.00
