Herzing University's Online Division is seeking an adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate business courses!

Required Education and Experience:
A terminal degree in the subject matter area is required.
Demonstrated experience in teaching business at the graduate level is preferred.
Curriculum design experience a plus.
Significant industry experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students in a virtual learning environment.
Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
Project management certification required to facilitate Project Management courses.
Analytics certification preferred to facilitate analytics courses.
SHRM certification preferred to facilitate HR courses.
Marketing certification preferred to facilitate Marketing courses.

Digital Literacy: Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
Communication: Ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively in a virtual setting.
Engagement: Skill in fostering interactive and engaging online learning environments.

Time Management: Effective planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks in a remote teaching setting.
