What You Will Do: Develop and implement a strategic product feature roadmap that enhances both player experience and product performance. Make informed product and design decisions using data, user behavior analysis, academic insights, and industry standards. Lead key feature releases from concept through launch and ongoing maintenance, working closely with all relevant stakeholders. Craft compelling pitches for in-game features that address identified player needs and challenges. Collaborate with designers to develop user-focused product requirement documents and ensure alignment throughout development. Work closely with Analytics, Live Ops, and Marketing teams to maximize the impact of new and existing features. Identify risks and capitalize on opportunities within newly launched or existing features.
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience driving improvements in key product KPIs, particularly in scaling F2P games with live ops. Skilled at identifying problems and performing root cause analysis. Naturally inclined to challenge the norm and push the boundaries of established methods. Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and resourceful in achieving goals. Strong collaborator who motivates and engages teams to deliver top-tier results and product outcomes. 5+ years of experience in product/design with a focus on creating transformative experiences and making data-driven decisions. Deep understanding of behavioral economics and product/player lifecycle management. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points: Have taken a game from ideation to go-live. Have worked in a startup environment. Experience with multiplatform games. Experience with real-time multiplayer games. A background in developing F2P games that are integrated with live events.
