Role: General Manager with opportunity for multi-unit management
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (Member events, studio events, and outreach, promotions).
- Be the studio sales leader, driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Train and develop staff to become top sales performers, providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Work directly with the Head Trainer to increase studio utilization and workout traffic.
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Training and development for all staff, including daily role-playing.
- Overseeing the sales and operational systems.
- Coordinate and lead monthly team meetings.
- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example).
- Member issue resolution.
- Responsible for staffing requirements within the studio.
- Resolving any staff issues.
- Staff scheduling.
- Studio Cleanliness.
- Responsible for studio lead acquisition.
- Attend and participate in workouts weekly.
Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:
In addition to the single studio General Manager position, there is the possibility for future multi-unit management opportunity for someone with a proven track record of multi-unit management and multi-unit staffing. The individual who is selected for single or multi-unit management must have a proven sales track record with examples of quickly staffing a top sales team to drive results. The perfect candidate MUST have a significant and provable background in hiring and training a sales staff and leading a top-performing sales team while also leading their staff in sales.

Requirements
- Must be ISSA certified
- Certified Nutrition coach, not required but is a plus
- Must be able to pick up 80 pounds
- Must be friendly, outgoing and customer service driven
- Must have the availability to work at various times according to the needs of the studio.
Company Information
We are located in the Watson Glen Plaza in Franklin, TN. The studio has only been open for 1 year and we are seeing positive growth every month. The members have become a very tight knit community, and the classes are full of energy. Our class schedule varies by day but some days they start at 5am and the last class is at 5:45pm. There are never more than 5 classes per day. On Saturday we offer 2 morning classes, 8:30 and 9:45, we are currently closed on Sundays.
