Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for process capability, cost reduction, and continuous improvement project implementation within designated manufacturing units. The Process Engineer will support capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates and process documentation. You will support manufacturing unit change control, including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Columbus, Nebraska.
Work Environment

Located in Columbus, NE (40 minutes from Fremont, NE and 1 hour from Elkhorn, NE). The facility is clean, due to being medical device products, it's well lit and it's a highly automated plant. Some parts of the building are older - from the 60's stemming from the very first production facility and office, with several expansions over the years. The office space is nice, conference rooms have and are still being updated with the newest technology for collaboration, and there are individual cubicles to sit at. Dress code is casual - polo and jeans with tennis shoes are fine. PPE will be provided prior to going onto the factory floor. They're a 7/4 - 8/5 facility.
