TurnPoint Search is partnering with a growing venture capital firm to recruit an Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to a small team of senior executives. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing dynamic calendars, including the coordination of client and team meetings, dinners, events, and off-sites.
- Organizing complex international and domestic travel arrangements, and corresponding itineraries.
- Accurately handling expense reports and financial documentation.
- Preparing essential materials for client meetings.
- Contributing to the seamless execution of conferences and events.
- Efficiently managing and updating contacts within the CRM system.
- Ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- 1-8 years of previous administrative experience.
- Experience within financial services strongly preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An unwavering "all hands on deck" approach, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to success.
Position pays a base range of $70,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is overtime, paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, and there is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
