TurnPoint Search is partnering with a growing venture capital firm to recruit an Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to a small team of senior executives. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing dynamic calendars, including the coordination of client and team meetings, dinners, events, and off-sites.
  • Organizing complex international and domestic travel arrangements, and corresponding itineraries.
  • Accurately handling expense reports and financial documentation.
  • Preparing essential materials for client meetings.
  • Contributing to the seamless execution of conferences and events.
  • Efficiently managing and updating contacts within the CRM system.
  • Ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • 1-8 years of previous administrative experience.
  • Experience within financial services strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An unwavering "all hands on deck" approach, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to success.

Position pays a base range of $70,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is overtime, paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, and there is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
