As part of our growth, we are currently looking for Senior Systems Engineers to help us produce the best HVAC systems. Your work will enable building owners to provide optimal human comfort and safety while reducing energy consumption.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, Refrigeration, you will apply knowledge of HVAC subsystems to design and validate air- and water-cooled chillers, create and maintain performance models, and support product development teams.

Where is the work:
These positions are eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based out of any of the following offices: La Crosse, WI; Davidson, NC; Newberry, SC; or Pueblo, CO.

What you will do:

  • Develop refrigeration subsystems to meet unit performance goals, regulatory requirements, and cost targets.
  • Develop and execute product validation test plans.
  • Create and calibrate product performance models using test data.
  • Support product regulatory compliance certification testing.
  • Design and physics modeling with HVAC products and components (compressors, heat exchangers, fans, controls, etc.)
  • Make decisions using data and models.
  • Apply data analytics tools to lab and factory performance data.
  • Apply heat transfer and fluid flow concepts to solve problems.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience leading system and subsystem product designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
  • Proven project delivery in conducting new technology and new product development projects to improve the function, reliability, or cost of products and components.



Compensation:

Base salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000.
