Responsibilities
To perform all official and personal duties and functions as required by Regional Marketing Manager.
To manage and maintain Regional Marketing Manager's schedule.
To work closely with all departments and companies to achieve greater operational efficiency and facilitate effective communication to Regional Marketing Manager’s desk.
To assist Regional Marketing Manager in drafting, preparation and compilation of reports, presentations, meeting materials, etc.
Develop and implement processes, systems, and workflows to streamline operations and improve business performance.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
To organize and manage confidential documents, records and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieval.
Assist with strategic planning initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and business development efforts.
Provide support in developing business strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Able to execute a high degree of professionalism in dealing with situations and demands at all times.
Prepare project status reports, updates, and presentations for review and decision-making.
To undertake assignments and other special tasks, ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
To assist Regional Marketing Manager in his personal matters as and when required.
Handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of work experience as a personal assistant (PA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to understand and follow instructions clearly and accurately under strict time constraints.
Self-starter, adaptable to a variety of tasks, with effective and accurate coordination skills.
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure, enthusiastic and confident.
Willing to work outside of normal office hours.
