Performance QA / Test Lead: This role is part of the Risk Mitigation team, responsible for performance testing and validation of application and infrastructure changes before production deployment.
Risk Mitigation team within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) supports all Lines of Business (LOBs), with an initial focus on the Retail space, particularly the Server-Side Encryption (SSE) and Edge areas (Salesforce).
Develop and implement performance testing strategies and plans.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Analyze testing needs and develop appropriate strategies.
Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Maintain and update application documentation.
Deliver efficient testing solutions while meeting project milestones and quality standards.
Coach, lead, and mentor team members.
Manage testing for ongoing projects and future initiatives.
Qualifications: Minimum 8-10 years in QA, with hands-on performance testing experience (strong background in Performance Testing and Engineering).
Proficiency in performance testing scripting, analysis, and recommendations using HP Performance Center.
Experience with HP LoadRunner.
Experience with Dynatrace will be a plus.
Experience working in complex, integrated application environments, ideally for clients in financial services/banking.
