Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our client's executive team and manage daily office operations. This role will involve handling administrative tasks, maintaining electronic files, and providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain electronic files with accuracy
- Update and manage the CRM system
- Assist advisors with portfolio management and data gathering
- Prepare quarterly conference agendas and client reports
- Format, edit, and distribute market commentary
- Handle client interactions and correspondence
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients and accounts
- Manage office supplies and assist with scheduling and organizational tasks for the owner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 10 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technologically adept and resourceful
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment
Additional Details:
- Type/Length of Assignment: Direct Hire, Full-Time
- Hybrid/Onsite/Remote: On-site (Monday - Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Parking: Employee lot provided
- Reports To: Owner
