- The willingness to participate in a PAID on-call rotation

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Affirmed Home Care, you will be responsible for:

- Efficiently coordinating and scheduling caregivers for client visits

- Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, caregivers, and other team members

- Managing and updating schedules to accommodate changes and requests

- Collaborating with the care management team to ensure optimal client care
