As an ETL Developer, you will play a crucial role in managing the data for 65 legacy applications across the client environment. You will join a team of 30 individuals to support an ongoing project with a focus on data integration, performance tuning, and delivery of high-quality solutions. We are seeking an individual proficient in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, who thrives within a fast paced environment. 80% of this role will focus on ETL Informatica and the other 20% will focus on Java Development, therefore, we are looking for an individual with Java experience. Roles and responsibilities and qualifications include:

Strong understanding of OOP & SOA principles, design patterns, industry best practices
Analyzes production applications and services issues and determines the most efficient and economical programming solutions.
Perform change management activities such as source code management, creating activity records for production implementation, creating implementation plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attend client meetings
Should have strong understanding of the Coding Standards and guidelines
Should have lead experience to lead the team and handle day-to-day activities
Should be a good team player
Should work 3 days/week onsite in Dallas office
Should be available for on-call rotation

Compensation:
$70/hr to $80/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. 5+ years of ETL Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end ETL processes, demonstrating proficiency in extracting, transforming, and loading data efficiently.
Java development experience (15% of the role will focus on Java)
5+ years of Informatica PowerCenter: Strong command of Informatica PowerCenter tools and features, including the ability to design and optimize mappings and workflows.
SQL Development: Solid skills in SQL development, including the creation of complex queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data manipulation.
Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS): Thorough understanding of RDBMS concepts and hands-on experience with various databases.
Data Quality Assurance: Implementation of best practices for ensuring data quality within ETL processes, including thorough testing and validation.
Data Integration: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data integration solutions.
Performance Tuning: Experience in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in both ETL processes and database queries.
