American Landmark Apartments is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Amira at Westly, our 408 unit residential community located in Tampa, FL!At American Landmark, we believe in you and the development of your career. Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL's success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance team members will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.Your "Day to Day" at American Landmark:Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.Responding to work orders within 24 hoursComplete the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and trackedTracking inventory used Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needsQualifying Accomplishments:Prior experience in multi-family housingHVAC Certified (Requirement)Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting abilityIrrigation knowledgeWhat American Landmark Offers You:Market competitive salaryComprehensive insurance coverage to include Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term DisabilityThree weeks' paid vacation per yearIndustry competitive bonus structure to include move-ins and renewal pool Education/Tuition Reimbursement401K Retirement Plan w/ 4% match 30% rent discounted apartmentCell phone allowanceBackground & drug screening are a requirement.We are an equal opportunity employer.
