Experienced Functional Analyst
5+ years of progressive experience working with Procurement Systems
3+ years of experience with PRISM Software
Heavy well-rounded experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Experience working in Windows environment with .NET, XML, and Web Services
Well versed with MS Office to include Outlook and MS Teams
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to present information to all levels of leadership
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will work closely with the functional team to assist with PRISM technical issues.
The ideal candidate will be a part of a team that offers end-user support, training, upgrade support, and integration with Oracle Federal Finances and data warehouse.
Support a Federal agency's operations and maintenance of Unison PRISM systems.
Provides operational support with Tier-3 helpdesk requests and assisting the team with the change requests.
Conduct analysis, design, and development for software changes (e.g., break-fix, enhancements).
Deliver tier-three support to resolve customer incidents.
Coordinate with Unison to ensure software changes are included in future software releases.
Identify opportunities for the client to improve operational processes related to acquisition management.
Develop and deliver ad-hoc data extracts to the customer.
Troubleshoot technical issues between Oracle Federal Financials and PRISM integration.
Working understanding of change management processes.
Coordinate and test any development. Support user testing and related documentation.
Provide input on project schedules and effort estimates.
Prepare and maintain application documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
Assist the DBA support team with installation and configuration issues.
Support software installation and validation in production and lower environments.
