Responsibilities:

The Photo Assets Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external asset requests and will manage retouching work with external vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external asset requests and retouching
  • Assist with file delivery to outside vendors and clients
  • Actively audit and maintain print and digital imagery to ensure current brand standards are in place
  • Help support the studio team with on-set digital tech work
  • Crop, rename and upload campaign imagery to be used online for ecom projects
  • Retouch any imagery from off-cadence shoots and support with any extensions or adjustments needed in execution
  • Partner with Creative and Mgr Digital Capture & Retouching to build Capture One sessions and QC existing Capture One sessions
  • Partner with Creative Ops and Production teams to adhere to deadlines and budgets
  • Assist in weekly status updates for retouched imagery
  • Monitor internal messaging channels regarding image naming conventions
  • Collaborate with internal departments in the development and modification of digital workflows to improve efficiency
  • Organize files in DAM for partners to easily access assets

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years in a photo studio, retouching or asset management
  • High technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge & Capture ONE
  • Strong understanding of color & image constraints
  • Strong understanding of Print and Digital Mediums
  • Understanding of file formats, metadata standards and asset organization best practices

  • Extremely well-organized in maintaining file structures, transfers and storage
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent color acuity
  • Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines with extreme pressure and change
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve
