We strive to provide cutting-edge excellence in ingredients, innovation, design and marketing.As a Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for the overall upkeep, troubleshooting, preventative care and repair of our mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment.Our Maintenance Technician resolves day-to-day technical problems on the production lines and ensures equipment and machinery compliance with production procedures and process specifications. Additionally he/she repairs and maintains machinery/instruments to ensure maximum reliability.Key Job Responsibilities and Position-Related Duties Continuously monitor and physically inspect production equipmentDiagnose problems when machinery malfunctionsPerform repairs, minor adjustments, and overhauls on plant equipment and document the encountered problemsPerform preventative maintenance related work as requiredDismantle and reassemble machines to fit or replace necessary partsConduct electrical repairs (i.e., wiring)Rebuild/ fabrication of equipmentWelding stainless steel (tubing, rods) and black ironComplete work ordersMaintain logs and recordsComply with GMP Policies and proceduresComply with Safety policies and proceduresComply with all Integrated Management System policies and proceduresJob Location and Work ConditionsAll Coca-Cola North American Supply Chain Operations Syrup branch work is performed mostly on production floor and occasionally in maintenance shop. Work is of non-repetitive nature and requires exposure to moderate noise levels, confined spaces, heights, wetness, fumes; subject to electrical current, and exposure to toxic/hazardous chemicals. Work performed on fixed shifts. Manufacturing facility is subject to extreme heat and cold. Multi-shift operation.Equipment OperatedComputers; forklift; general shop tools: drills, lathe, electrical meter, grinders, welders, band saw, small hand toolsJob RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years' Experience, Vocational and/or Technical Training or Equivalent Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma, General Education or EquivalentSkills:Pay Range:$67,898 - $91,862Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
