We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive – Engineering Services for our client in the Technology domain. Role Description: As a Senior Account Executive – Engineering Services, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience. As an Account Executive, Senior (AES), you will be responsible for driving business development through effective prospecting of target customers and driving revenue and gross profit growth by creating strategic partnerships with organizations who need recruiting, staffing and business services support for engineering professionals. This dynamic position encompasses the full-cycle sales process including prospecting and cold calling, executing new service agreements, identifying client requirements and needs, overseeing staffing and solutions delivery, and customer care and follow through.

The ideal person for this role is highly driven, self-motivated, has outstanding client presentation abilities and has superior communication and interpersonal skills. This is a high-visibility role with a great deal of growth opportunity that will report to the VP of Engineering Staffing Services division, and will work collaboratively with members of Recruiting, Human Resources, Legal and Finance. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers at prospect accounts in order to secure new business opportunities. 

- Devise and implement outreach strategies to contact executives and engineering leadership at companies in select industry verticals throughout the United States in order to secure opportunities from prospects within our company’s target client profile. 

- Uncover and identify opportunities to expand our footprint and broaden the scope of services offered to organizations in our existing client base. 

- Maintain a high standard of service within new and existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and opportunities for repeat business. 

Qualifications:

Required: 

- Bachelor’s Degree or, in lieu of degree, combination of education and experience will be considered. 

- A minimum of five (5) years of experience consultative sales experience. 

- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Engineering Staffing. 

- Engineering staffing experience or, in lieu of, similar solutions-oriented industries will be considered. 

- Demonstrated understanding of Engineering terminology and culture. 

- Verifiable track record of outstanding business development performance in current or prior roles in the form of W2, accolades and/or President's Club Awards. 

Preferred: 

- Existing relationships and a book of business for customers who have extensive needs for recruiting and staffing support in the engineering space is a major plus! 

- Experience with specialized Engineering Staffing but similar solutions-oriented industries will be considered. 

- Experience with creating and building relationships within Fortune 500 accounts. 

- Ability to secure and conduct meetings with and get buy-in from key decision makers at the Director, VP and C-suite level. 

- Experience leveraging a centralized recruiting organization. 

- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment. 

Compensation:

- Salary exempt position, eligible for a commission package at manager’s discretion.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
