What You'll Do:

  • The primary responsibility for this position is to assist with scheduling operations, including communicating with contractors and technicians on a daily basis
  • Take scheduling requests, assign the appropriate personnel to the scheduled task, monitor the progress of the scheduling request, and follow up to ensure that the technician arrived and completed the scheduled task as requested
  • Additional responsibilities include document processing and transmission in a timely manner. Responsibilities include word processing, data entry, registering projects and proposals, creating folders, filing, assembling and binding reports, formatting and scanning documents, transmitting documents, assisting with answering phones and office mail delivery, and providing backup to other administrative personnel during periods of co-worker PTO, lunch breaks, training, etc.
  • You may also perform other clerical tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
