In search of a tech-savvy professional with strong sales abilities for the role of IT Sales Manager in Owings Mills, MD. The company specializes in IT Sales Services, focusing on the Reuse, Repurposing, and Resale of pre-owned computer equipment, as well as offering network and user support.
Ideal candidates possess a solid background in computers, servers, and networks. - Previous experience in IT sales is an advantage but not required. Seeking individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are enthusiastic about IT sales and customer service. Anticipated First-Year Earnings: $120,000.
Responsibilities
•Establish and maintain both new and existing customer relationships over the telephone and in person
•Call and talk to a minimum of 10 decision makers daily (Making at least 60+ calls daily)
•Drive sales and ensure all sales goals are being met
•Use interpersonal and communication skills to prospect and generate new business, referrals, leads, and further relationships with current and past clients
•Learn & understand our CRM system and manage your follow-ups there daily
•Maintain customer information and conversations in our CRM system
•Resolve and communicate solutions regarding technical issues
•Ability to do price quotes and pricing negotiations
•Primary responsibility for overall profitability and growth of your account base
•Experience growing and managing multiple sales representatives
•Lead management and lead generation
•Check daily activity, and set follow-up tasks
•Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure standards and expectations are being met
•Willingness and ability to cold call executive management of public companies

Qualifications/Experience of the ideal candidate :
•3+ years Business to Business sales
•IT / Networking experience is a plus or relevant industry experience
•Minimum one year of work experience in the IT field
•Minimum Associate's Degree or Equivalent work experience
•Familiarity with hardware, software
•CompTIA+, Network+, or other certifications are a plus
•Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize
•Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
•Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Working knowledge or experience with Windows OS, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
