Description
Summary: Directs and coordinates activities of one or more departments including operations, and other major
divisions of business organization. Responsible for providing strategic direction as part of the Leadership Team.
Formulating and organizing policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate
managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and
objectives.
Implement best operating practices to promote continuous improvement.
Lead and motivate staff and provide support to improve business performance.
Directs and coordinates activities of department or division for which responsibility is delegated to further
attainment of goals and objectives.
Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division
progress toward stated goals and objectives.
Confers with Chief Executive Officer and other administrative personnel to review achievements and
discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
Serves as member of management committees on special studies.
Assist in developing compliance programs at the Federal, State and Local levels
Support business development by assisting with due diligence and analyzing operations, as well as
overseeing the integration of acquisitions.
Oversees Accounts Receivable Department/Revenue Cycle
Manage 3rd party Revenue Cycle team
Insurance company relationship- Fee negotiation, credentialing, verification
Manage multi-site operations, oversees Regional Managers, Office Managers
Requirements
Education/Experience:
Four-year degree; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
