Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a company with over 60 years in business, seeks a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant.
The incumbent will receive and direct visitors and callers as well as perform administrative duties related to the operations of the HR department at a manufacturing organization with a headcount of 150-200 employees. This is a small business where you can have a BIG impact!
The right candidate will have at least one year of reception experience, a positive attitude and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computers and general office equipment (printer, scanner, fax, phone).
Experience working in a manufacturing setting, experience using Visual Manufacturing or another ERP, experience with Freshteam or a similar HRIS, or any prior HR experience are huge pluses!
